1. InternUP – Marketing

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • You will be a part of Consumer Experience (Digital) Team.
  • Assist in setting up our campaigns and promotions, including coordinating with creative agencies and store operators to ensure detailed execution.
  • Monitor and review e-commerce performance by sub-channel (marketplace, online reseller, quick commerce) to determine areas for improvement and successfully implement changes.
  • Build accurate sales forecasts for stock reservation, ensuring our inventory aligns with market demand.
  • Support the monitoring and implementation of the Hybrid Reseller Project, ensuring all activities are on track and strictly adhere to timelines.
  • Contribute to the set-up process for our own e-commerce platform, working collaboratively with various teams to achieve outstanding results.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Fresh graduates or final year students are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce, key account management, or trade or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Strong collaborator management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly and effectively.

2. InternUP – Operations (Manufacturing DIET)

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Supporting the DIET Touchless Operations Journey

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and discussions to refine and advance the journey.
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance automation in DIET processes.

Project Officer for the Smart Energy Initiative

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal project teams to ensure the smooth execution of energy optimization projects.
  • Track project milestones and ensure alignment with the Regional Engineering roadmap.
  • Support documentation, reporting, and implementation efforts to enhance energy efficiency and loss elimination.

Facilitating Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Engage with key stakeholders across departments to address operational challenges.
  • Assist in streamlining execution processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to improve automation and digital transformation efforts.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree from STEM, Science, Technology, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or final year students are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Good adaptability to Digital & technology.

3. InternUP – Operations (Supply Chain)

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Assist in automating the Finished Goods process using conveyor belts and transitioning from manual to semi-automated systems.
  • Support the Operations team with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Macros.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
  • Proactively seek feedback and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in exciting projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, or any related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or final year students are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
  • Familiarity with data entry and the use of warehouse management software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Macro Excel, PowerApp, PowerBI, Power Query, and other application support simplification.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly and effectively.

4. InternUP – Operations (Manufacturing NC)

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

As an Intern in the Manufacturing (NC) department, you will support the production team by ensuring timely and accurate production reports. You will work closely with the team to speed up deliverables and maintain high standards of data accuracy.

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft (Excel, PowerBI and PowerApps) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting and collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Utilize PowerBI and PowerApps for data analysis and reporting.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree from Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or final year students are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a focus on advanced features (i.e. macro).
  • Experience with PowerBI & PowerApps is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly and effectively.

5. InternUP – Corporate & Regulatory Affairs

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Provide support to the Media and Community Investment team in running external events & campaigns.
  • Be the point of contact with external parties on Regulatory campaigns/projects.
  • Help manage the company’s social media accounts, including content strategy, editorial calendar and content development across various channels.
  • Track and monitor social media performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating with the relevant internal and external parties as needed to support the team’s projects.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree from preferably the following majors: International Relations, Communications/Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or final year students are welcome to apply.
  • Having been involved in students’ organizations or students-led events/activities.
  • Possess good understanding of social media management.
  • Passionate in social activities will be a plus.
  • Strong collaborator management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly and effectively.

6. InternUP – Operations (Engineering & Site Services)

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • You will be a part of Manufacturing Team.
  • Participate in daily morning meetings with the Floor team.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track project activities to ensure they are on track.
  • Provide regular updates to the team.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree from Engineering or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or final year students are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Experience with PowerBI is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a maximum of 1 year of work experience, or Final-year university students from all majors.
  • A driven individual and motivated team player with demonstrated leadership in organizational or extracurricular activities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Previous project management or internship experience is an advantage.
  • Available for a full-time internship (6 months).
