7. Supervisor – Recruitment
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Law.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within the mining industry.
- Possession of Supervisor – Recruitment and Selection certificate from BNSP.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws.
- Proficiency in recruitment and assessment tools.
- Experience in interview techniques, psychological assessment tools, scoring, and interpretation.
- Strong ability to listen and convey information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop realistic and comprehensive short-term and long-term work plans, as well as manage and monitor their execution.
- Strong skills in monitoring, evaluation, and report preparation.
- Capability to evaluate task implementation and coordinate effectively with the recruitment and HR teams, as well as other departments.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Quick to absorb new information and apply relevant knowledge to solve problems.
