7. Supervisor – Recruitment

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Law.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within the mining industry.
• Possession of Supervisor – Recruitment and Selection certificate from BNSP.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws.
• Proficiency in recruitment and assessment tools.
• Experience in interview techniques, psychological assessment tools, scoring, and interpretation.
• Strong ability to listen and convey information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop realistic and comprehensive short-term and long-term work plans, as well as manage and monitor their execution.
• Strong skills in monitoring, evaluation, and report preparation.
• Capability to evaluate task implementation and coordinate effectively with the recruitment and HR teams, as well as other departments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
• Quick to absorb new information and apply relevant knowledge to solve problems.
