Human Resources (HR) Staff

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Psychology or Human Resource Management
• Min. 6 months of experience as Recruiter, experience in mass recruitment is preferred
• Computer literation (Microsoft Office)
• Able to work with target and deadline
• Accustomed to source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Self-starter, high initiative, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD Tangerang Selatan
