Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Fresh Graduate Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with GPA more than 3.50/4.00
2. Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to communicate effectively in technical reports, presentations, and cross-functional teams. TOEFL/IELTS certification (optional but preferred).
3. Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and effectively manage schedules in a dynamic work environment.
4. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. Willingness to Learn: High adaptability and eagerness to undergo intensive training.
6. Commitment: Willing to sign a 1-year trainee contract and willing to be placed in any location as per project requirements.
