Duties :

This position functions as the strategic administrative lead for the General Services Office (GSO), exercising a high degree of autonomy to oversee and enhance the GSO’s administrative operations. The role demands proactive leadership in optimizing administrative processes, fostering a collaborative work environment, and resolving issues to ensure the section operates at peak efficiency.

In this critical position, the Administrative Assistant serves as the principal liaison for GSO customer service and monitors workorders and workflows, managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Office and Mission staff, contractors, Implementing Partners (IPs) and grantees, host-government officials, the Embassy, and other high-level customers. The Administrative Assistant is entrusted with the strategic coordination and dissemination of information related to the sections’ activities, ensuring that communication is consistently timely, accurate, and reflective of the section’s standards of professionalism.

EXPERIENCE

  • One years of experience in secretarial / administrative positions.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Mandatory: Minimum two years post-Secondary studies at the College/University level
  • Good working knowledge in speaking, reading and writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
