9. Junior Supervisor – Project Development

Responsibilities :

• Support and ensure the achievement of short-term project construction targets, focusing on cost efficiency and execution stages alongside the Development Execution team.
• Coordinate and communicate with teams within the MPDSE section and other PTAR departments on job or material requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with standards.
• Lead the team in implementing additional tasks for safety and environmental protection in the earthwork area.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of a Senior High School diploma; a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the mining industry.
• Proficient in civil earthworks, road, and dam construction.
• Skilled in the installation of silt fences, geomembranes, HDPE pipes, culvert boxes, and gabions.
• Knowledgeable in project water control and pumping capacity.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to control and evaluate construction crews effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety practices.
• Capable of handling personnel issues and employing strategic planning to achieve high-quality results.
