Sebagai Hydro Energy Engineer, kandidat yang terpilih akan berperan penting dalam merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengelola proyek energi hidro, serta memastikan bahwa semua inisiatif sejalan dengan standar keberlanjutan dan efisiensi yang tinggi. Job Description

• Responsible for conducting feasibility studies, planning and design, project management, and environmental evaluations to develop and optimize hydroelectric projects, ensuring operations are efficient and sustainable.
• Provide technical expertise in the energy industry by offering engineering insights and solutions for hydroelectric projects, including assessing water resources, site conditions, and environmental impacts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and optimize hydroelectric power systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies in the hydro industry to improve the technical performance and sustainability of hydroelectric power projects.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility and economic viability of hydroelectric projects by analyzing hydrological data, infrastructure requirements, and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Hydro Engineer, Energy Expert Process, or related field.
• Minimum Master’s degree in Hydrology, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive thinking, fast learning, and adaptation abilities.
• Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion.
• Experienced in understanding water flow, rainfall patterns, and geographic characteristics in PLTA.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
