5. General Affair Expenses & Housekeeping Staff

Responsibilities:

As a General Affair Expenses & Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for calculating, managing, and monitoring GA operational expenses, as well as planning and managing housekeeping activities both at the Head Office and at Traktor Nusantara branches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics & Management or a similar field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
  • Knowledge and interest in General Affairs, expense management, and household management/facility maintenance.
  • Experience in operational expense management or similar responsibilities is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and drive. Able to work in a team and work under tight deadlines.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Able to communicate in English proficiently, both spoken and written.
