About Graduate Trainee Program

Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) adalah program pengembangan terstruktur bagi fresh graduates dengan pengalaman yang memberikan pengembangan teknis dan perilaku yang padat untuk mencapai akselerasi karir di CCEP Indonesia yang terdiri dari:

  • 6 bulan program pengembangan sebagai trainee
  • 1 tahun penempatan pada sebuah posisi
  • Kelanjutan pengembangan sebagai karyawan tetap

Kami memiliki harapan yang tinggi pada Program Graduate Trainee untuk membina karyawan baru setelah penempatan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang cepat, perubahan pasar, dan mempersiapkan pemimpin masa depan.

Persyaratan Umum:

  • S1 atau S2 dengan IPK minimum 3.00
  • Fresh graduate atau memiliki pengalaman kerja maksimal 1 tahun
  • Aktif dalam organisasi atau kegiatan sosial
  • Memliki kepribadian yang baik
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris secara lisan dan tulisan
  • Bersedia bepergian dan ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia
