Call Center & Charter Officer
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer on reservation flight schedule or charter schedule.
- Updating database on spreadsheet
- Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree all Major.
- Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
- Knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
- Able to work individually and within a team
- Skill in multitasking, meticulous and perfectionist
- Work well under pressure
- Flexible in terms of working hours
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be placement in Pangandaran, West Java.
