LEAD Management Trainee (Intake January 2025)
We are Gunung Sewu Kencana a diversified family business from insurance to manufacturing and from consumer goods to real estate function. Currently we are seeking highly motivated fresh graduates and dynamic individuals to take on a developmental program in the role of entrepreneurial lead within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit that has passion for innovations, exposure for being a leader and have basic knowledge of business. This role involves taking charge of business development, business improvement, driving growth and ensuring the successful execution of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be rotated in to minimum three different business unit or company within the Gunung Kencana
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess viability and potential for success
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plan, financial models, marketing strategies and operational processes
- Coordinate and collaborate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within the milestone or budget plan, and to the highest quality standards
- Foster a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement, encouraging creating thinking and problem-solving among team members
- Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders, partners, and investor
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory environment to adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree at any background and or with maximum 2 years working experiences
- Minimum GPA 3.3 out of 4.0
- Experienced in a leadership role
- Understand business management to perform excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing, multiples tasks simultaneously
- Willing to be placed across our businesses in Indonesia.
