Responsibilities :
- Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems.
- Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- English is mandatory
- Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if needed).
