Job Requirement
- Experiences in Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) area is a must, KITE and others prefered.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in import/export.
- Thorough knowledge of Import Regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of Export Regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of BC4.0 BC2.3 BC3.0 BC2.5
- Thorough knowledge of ECCN database, ITAR Regulations and Schedule B database.
- Strong customer service & problem-solving skills.
- Extensive negotiating skills.
- MS Applications.
- Bilingual or Multi-lingual speaking in English and Mandarin is preferred
- Will be placed in Demak Area.
Job Description
- EXIM; Ensure proper classification of material, proper valuation, correct country of origin or accumulation, and that shipment are in accordance with global bilateral agreements.
- Reviewing import documents.
- Create EXIM reports
- Internal data entry for inventory and financial tracking/accountability
- Ability to negotiate terms and contracts with vendors and clients.
- Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of export laws and regulations
- Maintains license files and a database of current and expired licenses.
- Communicates with Traffic/Shipping on all international shipments.
- Reports Potential Export/Import Violations.
