Requirements:
Max. 27 years old
Diploma System Information/Information Technology/Informatics Engineering
Min 2 years on IT Helpdesk
Understanding about installation, update system and antivirus
Providing basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software (Windows, Ms. Office, etc) and Networking (Monitoring and maintaining)
Assisting with user account management, including creating and deleting user accounts and modifying permissions
Have good communication skill & good personality
English Proficiency
Responsibilty:
Make sure installation update system windows on PC regularly
Make sure installation update patch antivirus on PC regularly
Make sure there is no installation application illegal on PC
