• Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar tole
• Experience in a Luxury hotels and / or Villa Man or travel agencies dolds
• Proven leadership skills to efrectively manage and motivate the team to perform beyond expectations
• Strong analytical skills so to understond koy businoss indicators and comoc itive trends and dovelop dooroachoto those challonoos
• Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to the sales team members
• Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
• Positive and prodiem so vino attitude
• Multitaskine with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English is a must
