Product Operation (Internship/Magang)
What will you do:
Provide comprehensive support for BarengApp operational services, including but not limited to product account activation/onboarding, payment reminder and communicate with customers.
Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, align with BarengApp standards, operations and procedures.
Ensure the smooth delivery and operation of BarengApp services.
Analyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, any major.
Having excellent communication skills, initiative and creative sense.
Having knowledge about administration and operational
Having knowledge about entertainment-lifestyle digital product (using Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, etc on daily basis)
Experience in handling customer/users, and/or operational is a good point.
