Previous experience working in a pastry kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
Knowledge of pastry preparation techniques, baking methods, and kitchen equipment
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and follow recipes and instructions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
Good communication skills and the ability to take direction from superiors
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, lift, and move objects in a kitchen environment
