Demonstrate commitment to grow
Must possess strong swimming skills
Mus be willing and able to work both indoors and outdoors in all-weather condition
Must possess quick reflexes and be able to react quickly to changing animal situation
Love and care to the animal
Fit and athletic body
Flexible with work schedule
Scuba diving is an advantage
Degree in animal science is an advantage
