We are seeking a dynamic and passionate makerspace teacher to join our team. As a makerspace teacher, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging workshops, classes, and projects that encourage exploration, experimentation, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
D3 or bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical, and informatics) or equivalent.
Proficiency with a variety of maker tools and technologies, including but not limited to Arduino/Raspberry Pi, and hand/power tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners.
Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for lifelong learning.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.
Proficiency in using hand tools (saws, chisels, etc.) power tools (drills, sanders, etc.)
Proficiency in metal cutting, shaping and joining (welding, soldering, brazing).
Able to tinker with stuff and innovate.
Creating and implementing workshop.
