Responsibilities:
● Introduce our platform to prospective employers (from Malaysia, Singapore, and other countries) and work with them to recruit great interns / professionals from Indonesia
● Create amazing partnership experience with external stakeholder or prospective employers ● Onboard employers, build relationships and develop plans to resolve issues
● Operate the system and input data accurately
● Get solicit feedback from employers, understand pin points and take ownership to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved
● Take initiative to reach our prospective employers
● Actively looking for new business prospects (new leads) via cold call method
Requirements :
● Have at least 2 years of experience in International Business Development, especially in the APAC region, doing business-to-business sales
● Excellent communication skills and aptitude for fostering positive relationships
● Highly organised, able to multitask, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done
● Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
● English and Indonesian is a plus
● Good judgement and problem-solving skills
● Must be self-directed, organised, and detail-oriented as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Domicile in Indonesia / Singapore / Malaysia
