Requirements:
Min 1 year field area experience
Has experience and good connection with mom's UMKM communities, reseller communities, and similar
Previous social media, online and offline strategy development and management experience
Basic understanding of data analytics for community engagement assessment
Demonstrated expertise in community building
Exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking are essential for success in this role
Job Desc:
Organizing plans and development strategies for the area.
Preparing visit plans every Monday and sending them to the leader.
Conducting a minimum of 2 daily visits to Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) communities/UMKM
Sending daily visit reports to the leader.
Preparing weekly visit report summaries, sent every Thursday based on the visit plan.
Opening access to communities with a minimum of 20 members.
Establishing cooperation or partnerships with a minimum period of 3 months.
Ensuring prospective community participants meet specific criteria; Business Owners, as many as possible.
Building relationships and partnerships with government programs, banking business incubation programs, universities, and other related institutions.
Collaborating in developing necessary training formats for the community.
Maintaining mutually beneficial communication with various parties.
