Requirements:
•\tCandidates with at least D3/S1 in Education, English/linguistics, or equivalent.
•\tFresh graduates and last year students are welcome to apply.
•\tRequired skill(s): Teaching English, time management, and communication.
•\tFluent in English; written and spoken.
•\tLove teaching and being able to teach Math to children aged 4-15 years old.
•\tFamiliar with children and teens.
•\tHas the initiative to introduce the Eye Level program
•\tHonest, disciplined, committed, communicative, attractive, creative, hard-worker, and tech-savvy.
•\tWilling to work onsite.
•\tLive around Surabaya is preferred.
General Responsibilities:
•\tTeaching English to children aged 4-15 years old.
•\tProvide quality academic coaching in a small group setting, according to Eye Level philosophy, methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan.
•\tCommunicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and staff.
•\tMotivate and encourage students.
•\tGrading and maintaining progress reports for each student.
•\tPerforms administrative activities if needed.
•\tNotify the Center Director of any problems or concerns.
