Job Responsibilities:
You will have overall responsibility for the performance of the Construction Team, focusing on delivering your project according to the Safety, Schedule and Quality targets for the project. Duties include:
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Implement the project execution plan in coordination with the project management team
- Coordinate with engineering to ensure construction plans align with project specifications and requirements
- Oversee the Procurement and Material Control functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities
- Provide look ahead, forecasts, and issue trends
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings, progress meetings, client meetings as required
- Manage and report the list of resources at site, ensure adequate resources are in place at all times, manage site discipline
- Monitor the supply of manpower, construction equipment and construction supplies in accordance with the schedule and implement corrective actions when required
- Monitor performance and conduct regular site inspections to assess the construction teams performance, address any issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the project stakeholders
- Promote safety awareness and safe performance among all Team members and commit to achieve the project goal of Zero LTI.
- Must have relevant experience in related Oil & Gas projects and should be familiar with fabrication yard practices
- Should be based in Indonesia (native Bahasa speaker) for immediate mobilization
- Must have excellent spoken and written English
