Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for helping others and driving customer satisfaction? We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at JJ Group for our e-commerce division.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Marketing Business Bachelor's Degree (required) - 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an advertising agency or digital advertising agency environment (required) - Experience in diffusing tense situations and finding positive outcomes (preferred) - Comfortable handling multiple simultaneous customer queries and tasks effectively (preferred) - Basic understanding of advertising concepts and terminology (preferred) - Ability to communicate with customers in additional languages, depending on our target market (preferred)
