Job: Customer Service Support Coordinator (English Speaker)
Job Description:
Guide our consumer and partners in using our products
Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our consumer and partners
Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base - Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our consumer and partners
Support project from all verticals including registration, acquisition, and sales transaction.
Educate consumers and partners on our products, promotional campaigns, as well as troubleshoot when they have difficulties.
Solving consumers' and partners' problems quickly and effectively with empathy and care.
Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner's information, etc).
Qualification:
Minimum D3/S1 in any field with a GPA of 2.75.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa with clear articulation.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Sales experience is valued.
Willing to work in shifting schedules.
Typing skills of 50 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
Vaccinated with at least two doses.
Energetic and agile.
Fresh graduates are welcome
Detail-oriented.
Adaptive to dynamic changes.
Proficient in active English (speaking and writing).
Familiar with Messenger Apps and accustomed to responding to messages on social media.
