Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Relationship Specialist at PT Mitra Berdaya Optima located in Bantul, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, your primary focus will be on cultivating strong client relationships and driving business expansion. This is a hybrid role, meaning that while the primary location is in Bantul, some work from home is acceptable.
Job Descriptions
Conduct market research
Manage relationships with potential clients
Conduct initial meetings with potential clients to evaluate deals
Identify additional business opportunities and future prospects with existing clients
Draft proposals and other relevant documents for clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from any major; fresh graduates are welcome
Marketing and sales experience will be a plus
Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Willingness to be based in Jakarta
