Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
As a Customer Success Freelancer, you'll oversee the entire Website Invitation production process.
Job Description:
Work directly under the founder’s supervision.
Manage the entire end-to-end production process, from consultation to done.
Provide consultancy to clients regarding design choices and feature discussions.
Act as the communication liaison between clients and the production team, ensuring the communication goes well.
Prepare all client documentation for production purposes.
Assist in RSVP coordination to ensure guest attendance.
Coordinate with vendors and relevant stakeholders.
Conduct Quality Checks (QC) to ensure released websites meet requirements.
Competencies & Qualifications:
Final semester students are welcome to apply.
A strong background and genuine interest in customer service.
Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in working with Google Workspace.
Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours as needed.
