Requirement :
- Holding a bachelor’s degree from top university will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in a related field
- Having experience in the manufacturing industry from Japanese company will be more preferable
- Proficient in English communication, both oral and written (business level)
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in business development is preferred.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
- Able to work both in a team and independently.
- Plus point for having shipment monitoring experience
Job Description :
- Develop the company's business network by seeking new clients and suppliers that align with the company's business.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, partners, and company suppliers through regular communication.
- Arrange and participate in meetings with clients, partners, suppliers, and other relevant parties related to the company's business, and prepare meeting reports.
- Conduct business visits to client, partner, and company supplier locations as directed by superiors.
- Supervise loading activities at the port and supplier locations to ensure all procedures are followed during the loading process.
- Prepare business visit reports and loading activity reports.
- Prepare other documents as directed by superiors related to the company's business.
- Stay updated on the latest news, information, and regulations related to the company's business.
