Responsibilities:
1. Delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand-building results.
2. Market Consumer Insight:
Assist in ongoing market analysis; Briefing agencies and preparation for research
Closely monitor and analyze business performance, market, and competitor trend
3. Brand Planning and Activities Execution:
Contribute to creating short & long-term strategies for the brand. Lead execution of strategy towards better products and packaging; ensuring the product and packing experience is always aligned with brand essence.
Assist in the development of Brand annual marketing plans and operational plans.
With experience in most aspects of brand management, able to be accountable for delivering the plan to execution flawlessly.
Drive brand performance evaluation and recommend solutions, initiate activities, and/or collaborate cross-function to achieve planned targets.
4. Innovation & Renovation：
Assist in new product Idea-2-Launch cycle from concept ideation, packaging design, and promotion planning to activation development.
5. Major project:
Run mixed campaigns of ATL and BTL, with strengthened social digital aspects, etc.

Qualifications:
Possess expertise in brand management, including product knowledge, media, creativity, and marketing.
Show experience in successfully branding within your industry.
Understand industry and consumer needs to plan brand projects and daily communication effectively.
Work well in teams, execute tasks effectively, and demonstrate professionalism, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Mandarin & Enlish is a must.
Willing to WFO (Landmark Pluit, Jakarta Utara; Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 WIB)
