Pancar Garden is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate Junior Barista to join our vibrant team. If you have a love for coffee, a desire to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we want you on our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to develop their barista skills and grow within the coffee industry.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet our quality standards.
Assist customers by providing menu information and answering questions regarding ingredients.
Take customer orders accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and sanitation regulations.
Learn about brewing methods, beverage blending, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve product quality.
Restock supplies and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
Work collaboratively with the rest of the café team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Participate in ongoing training and strive to continually improve your barista skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; barista training or certification is a plus.
Passion for coffee and a desire to develop barista skills.
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing equipment and techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
