Requirements :
•\tFemale, max. 27 years
•\tHave min. 1 year experience in related field
•\tMinimal High school / Vocational school
•\tHave ability to operate Ms. Office
•\tUnderstands the basic of Customer Engagement & Relationship
•\tProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
•\tCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respons to different types of characters
•\tExcellent communication and presentation skills
•\tAbility to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effective and negotiation
•\tCan handle customer database on the system
•\tDomicile in Jakarta
•\tCan join ASAP
Responsibilities :
•\tHandle complaints, provide a good solutions and follow up to ensure resolution via phone, email, whatsapp, Etc
•\tMaintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
•\tResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
•\tMake a report claim and report all data by email and etc to Managements & Manager
•\tMake MOM (Minutes of Meeting), daily and monthly reports
