Requirements :
- Bachelor degree of Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Min. 6 months of experience as Recruiter, experience in mass recruitment is preferred
- Computer literation (Microsoft Office)
- Able to work with target and deadline
- Accustomed to source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Self-starter, high initiative, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD Tangerang Selatan
