Job Requirement
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting / Professional Accounting qualifications or similar.
- Minimum 8 years’ accounting experience with at least 5 years in an industrial / manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of International accounting standards, Accounting Legislation including Taxation
- Good Leadership and management skill
- Proficient in MS-Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and other financial software systems.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to guide and train site personnel in aspects of accounting and finance
Job Description
- Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances
- Reviewing the company’s financial statements to ensure they are accurate
- Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
- Forecasting future financial performance
- Preparing and analysing budgets
- Providing accurate financial reports to management
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations
